Description
A refreshing and elegant vegan dessert blending tart grapefruit with sugar and cool mint for a balanced flavor.
Ingredients
- {amount} cups juice of 2 fresh ruby red grapefruits
- {amount} cup boiling water
- {amount} cup chopped fresh mint leaves
- {amount} cup sugar

Bring water, mint, and sugar to a boil in a saucepan, stirring until sugar dissolves.
