
Easy Air Fryer Corn Tortilla Chips

Description
Crispy homemade tortilla chips made from corn tortillas, olive oil, and a touch of salt, ready in just minutes using an air fryer.
Ingredients
- {amount} 6-inch yellow corn tortillas
- spray olive oil (see Notes)
- coarse salt
Equipment
- Cutting board
- Sharp knife
- air fryer
- Tongs

Preheat the air fryer to 350° Fahrenheit.

Stack all 8 corn tortillas on a cutting board, one on top of another, and use a sharp knife to quarter them into 4 wedge-shaped chips per tortilla.

Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.

Place tortilla chips in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.

Lightly spray the tops of the tortilla chips with olive oil and sprinkle coarse salt over them.

Place the basket in the air fryer and cook chips at 350° Fahrenheit for 3 minutes.

Remove the basket, use tongs to flip the chips over, optionally spray again and sprinkle more salt.

Return the basket to the air fryer and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes until crispy.
