- {amount} tablespoons milk of choice (see Notes)
- {amount} tablespoons water
- {amount} teaspoon salt
- {amount} teaspoon pepper
- {amount} cup freshly shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- {amount} cup freshly shredded mozzarella (divided)
- {amount} green onion (thinly sliced)
- cherry tomatoes (halved, optional, for garnish)
Instructions
-
1
Preheat the oven to 400° Fahrenheit.
-
2
Fry the bacon in a large skillet until fully cooked but not too crispy. Drain on paper towels.
-
3
Cook the breakfast sausage in the same skillet until browned and crumbled. Drain grease and set aside.
-
4
Place the pre-made pizza crust on a baking sheet. Brush the crust with olive oil and minced garlic.
-
5
Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 8 minutes or until just golden.
-
6
Chop or crumble the cooked bacon into small pieces.
-
7
In a skillet, break the eggs and whisk well. Slowly add milk and water while whisking.
-
8
Add salt and pepper to the eggs. Scramble until the liquid is gone but the eggs are still very soft.
-
9
Spread the scrambled eggs on the baked pizza crust, leaving a narrow border.
-
10
Top the eggs with half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
-
11
Add crumbled bacon and sausage on top, then sprinkle with the remaining cheeses and green onions.
-
12
Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 5 to 8 minutes until the cheese is melted and gooey.
-
13
Remove from the oven, garnish with cherry tomatoes if desired, slice, and serve.
